Really great stay for the winter time. Nice to have coffee/tea making facilities, a refrigerator, and kitchenware. Exceptionally comfortable bed...

The units at 92 Residence are perfect for budget travellers like me. The fully equipped kitchenette with a kettle allows me to cook my own meals and save money on dining out. The cozy living room with a flat-screen TV is great for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The private bathroom comes with free toiletries and a refreshing shower, giving me all the necessary comforts.

Personally, I found the soundproofing in the studio to be slightly lacking. But hey, that's just me!

I had a such great stay, with location close to the Old Town. I liked the central location.

Well-maintained, quiet room with very comfortable beds, excellent location. Setting close enough to the historic center, the centre and monuments, restaurants or interesting places. Btw, located near to all sights. Overall such great stay for the winter time.

My recent stay at the 92 Residence was a wonderful experience. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the old city. I could easily walk to all the attractions in the area. The cleaning ladies were friendly and did a great job. The apartment itself was small and cozy, just as I had expected. Despite the cold weather outside, the electric heater provided kept the room warm enough. The terrace/patio outside was a nice touch and would be lovely to enjoy in the summer. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and pleasant atmosphere.

In our opinion, it's a nice comfy base for travelling to Brasov.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the city center. The hotel staff was helpful and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. there was plenty of parking available, convenient for me.

The room here had everything I needed including an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a microwave, and it was well-maintained and fairly quiet, and the location in the center of the city was excellent.

Great communication from the host and a lovely view from the room. Conveniently located close to the old city center. The room was spacious and had all the standard amenities, including plenty of towels.

The room heating did not work, so we had to rely on an inadequate electric heater. The bathroom had a terrible sewer smell, and there was nowhere to unpack our luggage.

The kids loved the bunk bed in our room at 92 Residence. It made their stay extra fun and exciting. Despite a few minor setbacks, the overall experience was enjoyable. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with soap and shower gel. The location was convenient, close to the city center and right beside Tâmpa. The bed had a comfortable mattress and clean sheets. We also appreciated the provided towels, even though there were only two of them. we would recommend this hotel for a cozy and centrally located stay.

The historic hotel in a great location. Nicely renovated, clean, and tastefully decorated. Equipped kitchen and bathroom. Quiet room with soundproof windows. Lovely inner courtyard for coffee. Terrace/patio outside. Easy midnight check-in. Comfy lodge-like beds. Underground resting place with piano, chess, books, and free coffee. Good size apartment with kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. Great for walking around, close to sights, restaurants, and shops.

The value for money at 92 Residence was great, and the room was so great. The location was excellent, just a 3-minute walk from the historic city center.

The only thing that could have been better with the breakfast offerings was a wider variety of choices.

It was a perfect opportunity for our family to explore nature and enjoy some quality time together. The surroundings were stunning, with beautiful trails and picturesque views. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

My children wanted a playground on the premises.
